Withdraw from your bloomnow subscription
If you bought your subscription through Google Play, you can withdraw from the contract here within 14 days. The details are in section 6 of our terms. The German version of the terms is the binding one.
Your contracting party for the purchase is Google (Google Commerce Limited). You can also declare the withdrawal directly to them, with the Google Play withdrawal form. If it reaches us here within the period, we treat it as if you had declared it to Google and refund you through Google Play within 14 days.
Bought it in the Apple App Store? Then Apple is your contracting party for the purchase, and you withdraw with Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
You end a free trial in the store. It needs no withdrawal, because nothing was charged.
