Delete your bloomnow account
Here you can permanently delete your bloomnow account and all associated data, without the app. All you need is access to your email address.
For your safety we first send you a confirmation link. Your account is only deleted once you click it. This cannot be undone.
How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your profile and settings, your journal and test data, your conversations with bloomie, your community posts and direct messages, your appointments and reminders, and the usage and crash data tied to your account. The deletion takes effect immediately and cascades through our database.
What stays behind
Leftovers in encrypted backups only expire once our hosting provider’s retention period runs out. As proof that a deletion happened we keep an anonymous checksum with a timestamp that can no longer be traced back to you. Accounting and tax records we keep for as long as the law requires, in Austria usually seven years.
If you have already uninstalled the app
This page is all you need, the app is not required. If you get stuck here, write to rh@bloomnow.app and we will answer within a month.
