bloomnow is available on the App Store and on Google Play. Downloading is free, and with bloom lite you can use the app free forever.

The app is available for iPhone and Android, from iOS 16 and Android 10 respectively.

bloomnow has been available in Austria, Germany and Switzerland since 15 October 2026. More countries will follow, but the exact dates are not fixed yet.

In German, English, French and Italian. When you first open it, the app follows your phone's language.

bloom lite is free forever. In the launch offer until 30.11.2026, bloom now costs €9.99 a month or €72.00 a year, and bloom family €13.99 a month or €107.99 a year. You can try both free for 7 days, and if you subscribe during the launch offer, you keep the price. In Switzerland, prices are in CHF. See all prices

You take out a subscription on the App Store or on Google Play, and that's also where you cancel it, in your account with the store. If you don't cancel, it renews automatically. You'll find more in the terms and on the withdrawal page.

On the Redeem a code page. You enter the code with your email address, get the app and sign in with that address. You don't need a subscription or payment details for this.

You can do this without the app too, on the Delete account page. All you need is access to your email address. We first send you a confirmation link, and only when you click it is your account deleted for good, with all its data.

Your data is stored on servers in the EU. We don't sell data or use it for advertising, and you can delete your account at any time. All the details are in the privacy policy.

bloomnow supports you in everyday life. It does not diagnose and does not replace therapy, that's what experts are there for. If you're worried, talk to an expert. The app also helps you find suitable experts near you.
